I keep forgetting I have a journal here I'm so used to just updating my blog at random with much random crap I'm sure no one reads lol (mainly movie, t.v series and book reviews, rather than a summoning up of my life, I just don't get diaries online or offline). Getting a Wacom drawing tablet at last woo! Hoping I will be a quick learner when it comes to the drawing tablet and Photoshop, so desperate to do digital art that will hopefully (in many, many years time) be as epic as a lot of the art I've seen (quite a lot on here). I doubt I'll ever be amazing since I'm self-taught, I don't have money for classes and I don't do art professionally but hopefully I will at least be good. Truthfully I just can't afford my art materials, copic and touch markers are just far too expensive to keep replacing as are decent watercolour pencils.

Pretty much all I have to say, still very much obsessed with Pokemon, currently playing Pokemon Black, almost completed it, then I'll probably buy FireRed and play it knowing me. Intending on going back to some Sailor Moon art eventually though and maybe my forgotten fanfic though truthfully I'm trying to focus more on my original stories and artwork of my own characters. Still Sailor Moon fanart was my first art so I feel I should go back to it at some point, always had fun drawing Senshi.

Cheers on getting a wacom tablet!!! I've always wanted one but couldn't afford to. I agree, there are lots of artists emerging out of nowhere doing and strutting their stuff. Their works struck me so hard at times that I ask myself how could my works earn a place out there? (hehehehe). I've always thought that being great is thinking great. Skill has always been self-taught or at least it started as one. You don't need to go to art classes unless you're trying to make this into a lucrative business. As for me, drawing is my first love, it is a wonderful hobby. Don't get me wrong, but it irks me to watch and read materials teaching you how to draw better. It can be a little helpful, however, bad habits die hard and I couldn't modify my drawing style. Maybe I somewhat lack versatility but so what? I just think that people are not obliged to like my art, I do this for myself.

I used to play Pokemon Silver and Gold in GBA. I got so hooked that I basically forced myself to stop playing it hahaha! When the newer versions came in NDS, I played Pokemon Emerald halfway, however, I got discouraged by the vast map waiting to be explored and the large pokedex to be completed. It all just made me dizzy, hahaha!

Sailormoon was one of my first drawings too. It was because Sailormoon was so popular when I was in elementary school and she was my favorite out of the other girls. Also, Dragonball and Street Fighter II. Guile rocks! I like copying his muscles and feisty-looking hair, hahaha! Good times!!!
